Pumpkin Bread with Chocolate Chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray bread pan and line with parchment.

Combine:
1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup non-dairy milk
1 tablespoon ground flax seed
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar

Mix well and add to above:
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/4 teaspoons non-aluminum baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves

Fold in:  3/4 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips or chunks
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 65 to 85 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes then remove and place on cooling rack to cool completely.
